For that, we turn to neighborhood and school rankings website Niche, which just released their Denver ranking highlighting the top 25 places to buy a house in the metro area.

The rankings are based on multiple factors, including home values, housing costs, crime and safety, cost of living and local schools.

Among the top Denver-area spots, some are small-town suburbs, some are neighborhoods in nearby cities and a few are neighborhoods in Denver proper.
